Hi there! To continue offering you the quality and selection you are used to, we must respond to the current situation. Massive cost increases in logistics – from fuel surcharges and toll fees to increased personnel costs of our service providers – make an adjustment of our conditions necessary. We have consciously decided against a flat increase in product prices and are instead adjusting the shipping and return contributions.

Special Conditions for Switzerland & Non-EU
Please note: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise, which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, fees for money transfers (e.g., transfer and exchange rate fees) as well as import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).

Return Service
We no longer cover return costs in full, but we offer discounted return labels via our self-service portal. The costs will be deducted from your refund:

Use the payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account. It's fast, secure, and you don't need to create an additional customer account with us if you're in a hurry.
3. Mollie (Payment Service Provider)
Through our partner Mollie, we offer additional specialized and international payment methods:
- Klarna: Shop now and pay later or in installments (available depending on the country).
- Credit Cards: Secure payment with Visa or Mastercard.
- TWINT: The most popular payment method for our customers from Switzerland.
- TRUSTLY: Direct bank transfer via your online banking.
- BLIK: Simple mobile payments for our customers in Poland.
- SATISPAY: Pay conveniently via app.
- CB (Cartes Bancaires): Especially for our customers from France.
Important Note: All transactions are transmitted in encrypted form. Your order will be prepared for shipping immediately after receipt of payment (or confirmation by the payment provider).
