1. How to use the Returns Portal
You can easily log in to the returns portal using your Order Number (starts with "5") and the E-mail address used for your order. You do not need a customer account. You can identify the correct e-mail by checking where you received your order confirmation or invoice.
✨ Important update regarding return costs:
For all orders placed up to and including April 20, 2026, return labels within the EU remain free of charge. For orders placed after this date, the discounted rates listed below apply.
2. Returns & Conditions
We offer discounted return labels via our portal. The fee is paid directly in the portal when creating your label.

*Original shipping costs (Standard) are only refunded in the event of a full cancellation within the statutory period.
3. Voluntary Return Policy (100 Days)
You have a full 100 days for your return. This applies to all customers, including those from Switzerland!
Condition: The goods must be complete, show no signs of wear, and be in their original condition.
4. Important Notes for Shipping
- Original Packaging: Please return the boots in their shoe box and use a sturdy outer shipping box.
- Shipping Method: Please do not send packages back freight forward (unpaid).
- Exclusions: Express costs (Priority), import duties, and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
