How do I cancel an order that has not yet been shipped?
To ensure that we can process your request quickly and easily, we ask you to use our support ticket system or chat at any time. This will immediately associate your request with your ID, allowing us to respond faster. Please also always reply to our emails using the "Reply" function so that we know right away what it's about.
If you want to cancel or change an order, please use these words in the subject line. If your package is still with us, it is no problem to cancel or change it. However, if your product is already in the shipping preparation or on its way to you, the responsibility is no longer with us. We then ask you to accept the delivery and return it to us within the 60-day period.
