What is Priority Import?

Some of our items are not in stock on-site. This will be indicated directly on the item as well. These items will be imported for you. The normal import process until delivery to you takes about 5 to 9 business days.
However, you have the option to book a Priority Import. This shortens the import duration to 3-5 business days. However, there may still be delays in shipping or customs, for example, if a document inspection or customs examination is ordered. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and usually happens randomly.
If your Priority order is not delivered by the specified time, we will refund the Priority Import fee of 8.90 EUR. Please note that this is a non-refundable service if the goods are delivered on time and you declare a cancellation after delivery.
The specified delivery dates always refer to delivery within Germany. Delivery to EU countries occurs about 1-2 business days later.
